In recent years, mental health issues (from having a negative attitude, to severe depression or anxiety) have become incredibly common, to the point where one would think “it’s just the way it is”, and there’s nothing we can do about it.
I had to deal with depression, anxiety, and panic myself, and I know it can be overwhelming. I also know that the more resources you have, the easier it will be for you to live the life you deserve.
